Visiting with my son and his partner in San Francisco. They live in Glen Park and only a few steps away from some pretty tasty and paleoish friendly cafes and restaurants. What a selection of cuisines, on my first day we lunched Thai and dinnered French. Not bad considering I had only arrived at 1pm!
So tonight they are cooking us up a meal at home. Not one to relax in the kitchen, I’ve offered to make dessert. Being on vacation means, something simple, easy to make, totally decadent looking and tasting and preferably chocolate.
And look at what I have found, isn’t perfect? All credit and thanks to Gimme Some Oven.
What an easy, but scrumptious dessert this one is. Use the most best quality 70% or higher chocolate you can find, add some in season berries, top it off with some organic whipped double cream (or coconut cream) and you will pimp this up for the most amazing looking and tasting dessert.
