For anyone from the UK who may like to have their chips (fries) with curry sauce!

To me it all sounded rather odd, until I read the list of ingredients. Ted, from Something Clean Something Green, has come up trumps.

Red Onion, Ginger. Garlic, Red Chili, Coconut Oil, Ground Cumin, Ground Coriander, Ground Turmeric, Garam Masala, Coconut Milk and a tiny pinch of Coconut Sugar.

The only drawback with the recipe is it has the sweet potato fries oven baked in rapeseed oil – which to me, is not the best choice. Try duck fat, beef dripping, coconut oil or olive oil.

Add some lovely fish coated in whisked egg, dipped in coconut flour or fish taco seasoning and fried in coconut oil for the ultimate clean eating British Chip Shop experience.
