Once a month at work the various areas in our department put on a themed evening. Last week it was wellnes themed. Being the total stay at home I am, I didn’t stay long however, but long enough to taste test some amazing chocolate fudgy slice. Made with dates and coconut oil along with some other ingredients, they were totally scrumptious! I have been meaning to ask for the recipe but now I have found something very similar on Texanerin Baking’s lovely blog.
